Susan Olesek - THP Founder

Susan Olesek is the founder and practical visionary behind The Human Potentialists. An unapologetic idealist in passionate pursuit of what is possible for people, she works to bridge the human experience in support of reconnecting each of us to our divine wholeness, as well as our shared humanity.

Halida Hatic

Halida Hatic is a board member, faculty member, and Community Weaver with The Human Potentialists. Leading with her magnanimous Type 8 heart, she brings to her work with THP, her passion, energy, and commitment to cultivating a more just and sustainable world. Through her work at Enneagram Prison Project, both as a guide of in-custody programs, and a builder of community, Halida has witnessed, firsthand, the personal and collective freedom that is possible through a shared understanding of self and others. She is convinced that a compassionate approach to understanding the Enneagram is a portal to ushering in systemic change and healing generations of trauma and disconnect.

Halida has dedicated her time and energy over the past twenty years to nurturing partnerships with community members, nonprofits, corporations, and local and state governments to foster a better world for everyone. Whether it was working to develop innovative partnerships at the Environmental Protection Agency, collaborating with school districts in Eastern Kentucky to reduce energy consumption, or her current contribution to advancing the transformational work of Enneagram Prison Project, she creates meaningful spaces for collective impact in service to a shared vision. In recognition of her great leadership and compassion, Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer proclaimed May 28, 2019 Halida Hatic Day!

Halida has a Bachelor of Arts in International and Development Economics from the University of New Hampshire, Master of Arts in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University, and has trained as an Enneagram practitioner in the Narrative Tradition through EPP’s IEA Accredited School, as well as the School of Conscious Living in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is also trained in the Barrett Values Centre’s Cultural Transformation Tools.

Halida lives in Louisville, Kentucky with her husband, Jeff, two kids, and sweet dog, Reina.

Lance White - Founding Board Member

Lance White is a founding board member of The Human Potentialists, a lifelong entrepreneur, and retired CEO. He is also a compassionate advocate for individuals, families, and communities that have been impacted by incarceration.
As the CEO of his company, Lance introduced the Enneagram as a tool for strengthening teams, and building a healthy corporate culture. Arguably ahead of his time, he understands the importance of creating a culture of care and connection, where all employees feel safe to bring their whole selves to the workplace. He believes that a thriving work culture is built around shared values, and meaningful personal connections. Inspired by his work with his own company, as well as what he has witnessed unfolding on the insides of prisons and jails around the world, Lance brings to THP his entrepreneurial spirit, leadership, and heart-centered approach to building a business that is a force for good.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University, and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard University. Lance is a Certified Enneagram Teacher/Trainer in the Narrative Tradition through the Conscious Living Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, and a graduate of EPP’s Guide Training Program.
He and his wife, Diane, divide their time between Cincinnati, Ohio and Santa Fe, New Mexico where they rejoice in welcoming all to share food, laughter, and commune together.
